Rental Agreement
Below is a copy of our rental agreement that all tenants must read and sign before tenancy can be gained. Contract is for up to six months, to the end of June or December.
Please read through thoroughly before applying for tenancy for any of our properties. All tenants will be required to commit to a fixed period contact of up to six months, to the either the end of June or December, in accordance with the Residential Tenancies Act 1987 and the standard form as required by the WA Department of Commence – Consumer Protection.
Things to know:
- No pets allowed
- No smoking in the house
- 1 tenant per room
- Rent is 2 weeks in advance
- Bond is 4 weeks rent
- Utilities average $8-10/week
- Contract is for up to 6 months
